Hard-coating

If a client requires that a piece be more durable, or resistant to the elements, we will use what is known as hard-coating. This process involves spraying the piece with a 2-part urethane resin which hardens in to a durable plastic. This plastic is then sprayed with a primer to allow for further painting and finishing.  

Painting

Whether the paint job required is for indoor or outdoor, multiple or single colour, pin striped or airbrushed, we do it all. Working with everything from latex to automotive paints to suit a client’s needs.  

Fine Finishing

Fine finishes can be difficult to achieve, but we are up to the task. Once a part has been hard-coated, or made using materials that can be treated, we use similar techniques as an auto body shop to achieve a smooth surface finish.
